What materials do you use, and how do I care for my product?
Our products are made using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based biopolymer derived from renewable resources like corn starch. PLA is known for its strength, precision, and compostability under industrial conditions. Each piece is carefully 3D printed and hand-finished for a smooth, sculptural finish.

To care for your Layerde product:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat (such as near a stove or heater), as PLA can warp at high temperatures.

• Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives.

Our products are designed for indoor use only, unless otherwise specified.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns on customized or made-to-order items, as these are crafted specifically to your specifications. For standard products, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details. Our team will evaluate and guide you through a replacement or refund process, as applicable.

We do not offer refunds for minor color or texture variations, as each piece is handcrafted and slight differences are natural.
