Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our support team at info@layerde.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, ship the item to the provided address.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@layerde.com.

Shipping for Returns:

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
